He is with you.
He is watching over you.
He is protecting you.
He is giving you an opportunity of full surrender.
He is weeping over your pain.

His heart breaks with yours.
But most importantly, His love covers your pain.

Those sleepless, anxiety-filled nights, where you hear nothing but the 10 voices inside your head, He's there. He's listening to your anger and confusion. His voice casts out demons.

The days when minutes feel like hours, He's there giving you his timeless and endless comfort.

Those questions that will never be answered, are answered with His peace.

The stolen plan of a dream-filled future is replaced with His plan of hope and redemption for your life.

To the broken-hearted: The Lord draws near.
To the crushed in spirit: He saves you from despair.

Our God is one who draws close in times of grief and brokenness. He does not turn away. He does not leave His creation to grieve alone. He actively pursues the broken-hearted. He makes His way into those sleepless nights. He abides in the long days. He gives peace to life's mysterious pain. He gives the broken-hearted hope for a future under the hands of heaven.

Be broken-hearted in His comfort, under His care, with His love, and through His promised presence.

The Lord makes all things new. He will make this new too.
